Digital Society Studies is an open-access journal that provides full, free, and unrestricted access to all published articles for readers worldwide, without any charges to individuals or institutions. Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, and link to the full text of all articles published in the journal. The journal offers immediate open access based on the principle that the free dissemination of research enhances broader and more inclusive global knowledge exchange. Digital Society Studies applies the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, which allows others to copy, distribute, and reuse the material in any medium or format. This includes the right to adapt, modify, and build upon the work for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and the original source. This license remains in effect and cannot be revoked as long as its terms and conditions are properly followed.
